I’m pushing into two distinct directions right now. Painting, like writing is either a blank page or a flow state, theres nothing better than having a line up in your head, knowing what you want to make and things flow into implementation.

Right now, I’m pushing on two lanes. Both exploring repetition and the meditative process of minimalism and layers.
These are developing into two bodies of work that took me years to arrive at. I’m continuing with the relationship between design and the abstract, when reduced to a limited toolbox.
Lines, negative space, color…Right now I’m working in this butter yellow and deep red which is very new for me.
